How do you prepare a shipment?

RECIPIENT INFORMATION
Enter the recipient’s name and phone number, and fill in all the address details. To apply the correct tariff and ensure timely delivery, it is necessary to indicate the postal code and destination country. To avoid delivery delays, the recipient’s phone number must also be provided.

What can’t I send?
In all the served countries, the following items are prohibited from being shipped:
Perishable food, Alcohol, Live animals, Firearms, Items of exceptional value (precious stones, gold, and silver), Ivory and ivory objects, Batteries, Aerosol cans, Fuels, Deodorants, Gas, Pornographic material, Dangerous goods and materials, Blunt objects, Antiques, Animal skins, Furs, Plants, Perfumes*, Seeds, Sprays, Tobacco, Cash or checks, Paints

What is the cost to send a package to that location?

Documents for exports?
Regulations require specific documentation for international shipments.
For customs clearance and the correct assessment of any duties and taxes applied by the destination country, complete and accurate export documentation is required.

Within the EUROPEAN UNION
For goods in free circulation, shipments between EU member countries do not require export documents for customs clearance.

Outside the EUROPEAN UNION

Can I insure the goods I am shipping?
The cost of insurance is 3% of the declared value of the goods, certified by a commercial invoice, receipt, or price list proving the actual value. “Click here” for more information.

When should a shipment be delivered?
Our agencies are operational every weekday, including Saturday, during business hours (see the contact section).
It is recommended to deliver shipments by 3:00 PM on any weekday to ensure immediate departure to any domestic or international destination, thanks to a wide range of available services.
